Yes, absolutely! If you’re not ready to book a delivery date at the time of purchase, that’s no problem at all. Many of our customers take advantage of our free 6-week storage to give themselves time to finish up building work, decorate, or just wait for the right moment to fit their flooring.
When does the 6-week free storage period start?
The 6-week storage period starts from the date your order is paid in full. We’ll confirm the storage timeline with you so you know exactly when your free period ends.
Do I need to pay the storage fee in advance if I extend beyond 6 weeks?
Yes — once your free 6-week storage period ends, and you’ve let us know you’d like to extend, we’ll ask how much longer you’d like us to store your flooring for. From there, our team will send you a proforma invoice based on the extended time period at £5 per day, per pallet.
Will my flooring be safe while in storage?
Absolutely. Your flooring is stored in a secure, dry, and temperature-appropriate environment to ensure it stays in perfect condition until you're ready for delivery.
