Can I choose a delivery date later on, after I’ve ordered?

Yes, absolutely! If you’re not ready to book a delivery date at the time of purchase, that’s no problem at all. Many of our customers take advantage of our free 6-week storage to give themselves time to finish up building work, decorate, or just wait for the right moment to fit their flooring.

Once your order is paid in full and safely stored, you can let us know your preferred delivery date at any point during the 6 weeks. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can schedule your delivery smoothly.

We’ll always work with you to make delivery as convenient as possible — just drop us a quick email or give us a call when you’re ready. It’s all part of making sure your new floor arrives when it suits you, not the other way around!
